Description
ARES kinesiology tape is an elastic, therapeutic sports tape for kinesitherapy. ARES kinesiology tapes are designed to have the same thickness and elasticity as the epidermis (the outer layer) of the skin, with longitudinal elasticity of 30–40% of their original length. They are used to treat problems in the muscles, fascia, and tendons, as well as to improve the performance of sportspeople and athletes through a method of continuous stimulation of the receptors.
