Returns and Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence at AllCourt. If a product is not suitable for you, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Returns within 14 Days

You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without giving any reason.

After you request a return, the product must be sent back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your return request.

2. Return Conditions

The returned product must be:

  • in resaleable condition;
  • with original labels, accessories and packaging, where applicable;
  • without signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection and testing;
  • clean, without foreign odours, stains or dirt;
  • without mechanical damage caused by use, impact, dropping or improper storage.
  • You may inspect and test the product in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used more than necessary for inspection, or is returned damaged, dirty, incomplete or no longer in resaleable condition, a deduction may be made for diminished value.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some products cannot be returned under the standard right of withdrawal when they have been made, personalised or modified at the customer’s request.

This includes:

  • a tennis racket strung at the customer’s request;
  • a tennis racket where the original handle packaging has been removed at the customer’s request in order to install a new replacement grip or overgrip;
  • any other product that has been personalised, modified or additionally processed according to the customer’s individual request.

This restriction does not apply if the product is defective, incorrectly sent or does not match the order.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrectly sent or does not match the order.

Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the return request. We may wait until we receive the product back or until you provide proof that it has been sent.

6. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, provided that the product meets the return conditions and the desired replacement product is available.

For exchanges:

  • if the new product is more expensive, you pay the difference;
  • if the new product is cheaper, we refund the difference;
  • courier costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrectly sent or does not match the order.

Personalised, strung or modified products made at the customer’s request cannot be exchanged, except in cases of defect, error or non-conformity.

7. Defective or Incorrectly Sent Product

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@allcourteu.com.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and photos, where applicable.

We will assist with an exchange, repair, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable law.
